You can choose between the well-known Finnish sauna with optimal climate or the steam sauna. The sauna can accommodate up to eight people. Duration 1 hour 50 minutes <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Finnish sauna<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A very high temperature of 70-90\u00b0C with high humidity is generated in a wood-clad room, the sauna, by pouring water onto heated stones. The hot, dry air gets your circulation going and supplies your muscles with blood. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Steam sauna<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Water vapor is added to the air in micro form via electronic control. This creates a very pleasant climate that has a beneficial, stimulating effect on the skin. In addition, the steam sauna has a soothing effect on the strained respiratory tract when you have a cold. There is a permanent humidity of 60% and a temperature of around 58 \u00b0C. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Infrared cabin<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The unique low-temperature infrared technology enables healthy, circulation-gentle sweating from as little as 30 \u00b0C. This can have a positive effect on tension and back pain, strengthen the immune system, increase blood circulation and improve metabolism. The infrared cabin offers space for one or two people. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
